Refund Policy
We offer a 1-day refund window for all lesson bookings. Guests may request a full refund within 24 hours of their purchase.
After the 1-day period, all bookings become non-refundable, as we reserve instructor time, equipment, and scheduling specifically for your session.
To request a refund within the allowed window, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking details.
No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund, in accordance with our 1-day refund policy.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time are non-refundable, as instructor time and equipment are reserved specifically for your session.
Rescheduling Policy
We allow guests to reschedule their lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no extra cost.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the lesson time cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.
All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and ocean conditions.
Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority.
Lessons may be adjusted, postponed, or canceled due to:
• Hazardous surf conditions
• Thunderstorms or lightning
• Strong winds or unsafe currents
• Any conditions deemed unsafe by our instructors
If we cancel a lesson due to weather or ocean conditions, guests may choose either:
• A free reschedule, or
• A full refund, regardless of the 1-day refund policy.
We do not cancel lessons for light rain or normal surf conditions.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled lesson or who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as instructor time and equipment were reserved specifically for your booking.
